Standard is the Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirt: 8 oz of 50/50 cotton and polyester with a brushed interior, a classic fit, and ribbed cuffs and waistband that hold their shape. Premium is the Cotton Heritage M2480 Unisex Premium Crew Neck: 8.5 oz of tightly knit 3-end fleece with a 100% cotton face, soft-washed, side-seamed, and cut a little trimmer through the chest. A horse sweatshirt for barn mornings, riders, and anyone who prefers animals to people. Available in White and Black, sizes S through 5XL in Standard and S through 3XL in Premium.

Both tiers are unisex. Two ways to get it right: match your actual chest measurement to the Fits Chest column, or measure a sweatshirt you already love and match the Garment Chest column.
Standard: Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirt

If you are between sizes
Stay with your usual size on the Standard, which is a classic, roomy fit. Size up one on the Premium. Body lengths are identical between the two tiers, so your length never changes, but the Premium is narrower through the chest — about an inch at M through XL, an inch and a half at 2XL, and two inches at 3XL.
Garment Chest is armpit to armpit, laid flat. Garment Length runs from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. Fits Chest is your actual chest, measured under the arms and around the fullest part with your arms down and the tape held horizontal. Sleeve is measured from the center back on the Standard and from the armhole on the Premium, so those two columns are not directly comparable. Gildan lists a tolerance of about 1 inch on chest and length. Cotton Heritage publishes garment measurements only, with no Fits Chest range and no stated tolerance, so use the Garment Chest column on the Premium.
At 8 oz and 8.5 oz these are both genuinely heavyweight fleece, warmer and denser than our tees. The Standard blends in polyester for a little more structure and wrinkle resistance. The Premium is cotton-faced, so it softens with every wash.
