Return & Exchange Policy

Because we're a small business and our products are made to order through an external fulfillment partner, we unfortunately can't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or your shipment is lost in the mail.

Sizing

We cannot accept exchanges for different sizes. We tried offering size exchanges for a while, but as a small business, it simply wasn't sustainable.

We've gone to great lengths to test our current product line and provide detailed sizing information for each garment. Most products run true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. One important exception is the AS Colour 5161 Premium Hoodie, which tends to run about ½ size small.

Please check the size chart before ordering. You can find measurements on individual product pages or in our complete Size Guide.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it. Please email info@lofianimalshirts.com and include:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the artwork and the damaged area
• If one photo can't show both, send one photo of the full item and another close-up of the damage

Lost in the Mail

If your shipment is lost in transit and is never delivered, email us at info@lofianimalshirts.com and we'll arrange a replacement shipment.

Once the carrier's tracking system shows an order as delivered, however, we cannot provide a refund, replacement, or exchange for an item that is subsequently lost, stolen, or misdelivered. We'll be happy to provide the tracking information you need to pursue the issue with the shipping carrier.

Size Variation Notice

Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed, meaning they're dyed after being sewn. This process, along with the natural characteristics of cotton, can cause small differences from one garment to another. Variation of approximately 1 inch in width can occur and is considered normal.

Comfort Colors Neckline

Some customers find the neckline on the Comfort Colors 1717 Premium Tee a little snug. Because of the garment-dyeing and washing process, this can vary slightly from batch to batch. If you strongly prefer a roomier neckline, consider sizing up.

Premium Hoodies

The AS Colour 5161 Premium Hoodie tends to run about ½ size small. We recommend sizing up when ordering this garment.

Shipping Times

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through an external production partner, delivery times can occasionally vary. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown on our Shipping & Returns page, although unexpected carrier delays can sometimes occur.
