Returns & Exchanges
Because I’m a small business and fulfill orders through an external supplier, I unfortunately can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, or gets lost in the mail.
That means I can’t offer returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Items lost or stolen after delivery
- Any other reason besides damage
Sizing
We cannot accept exchanges for different sizes. We tried it for a while, but as a small (one-man) business, it just wasn’t sustainable.
Since then, we’ve gone to great lengths to test our current product line to make sure all our shirts are true to size (with one exception, the AS Colour Premium Hoodie runs about ½ size small, as noted on the product page).
We’ve provided size charts on every product page or here. So please consult them carefully, and you should get a shirt that fits perfectly.
Note: Orders made between August 11th and 25th are still eligible for returns and exchanges if they don’t fit correctly.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately. To file a claim, please email info@lofianimalshirts.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo that clearly shows the front artwork and the damaged area
- If that’s not possible, please send one photo showing the full shirt laid flat (with artwork visible) and another close-up of the damage
Lost in the mail
If your shipment gets lost in the mail and is not delivered, just email us at info@lofianimalshirts.com to get a replacement shipment.
However, once your order’s tracking number is shown as “delivered” by the shipping company, there are no refunds, replacements or exchanges. We simply cannot be responsible for items once the shipping company has confirmed delivery. In these cases of lost, stolen or misdelivered items, I will provide you the exact tracking info, so you can take up the issue with the shipping company.
Size variation notice
Comfort Colors 1717 tees are garment-dyed, which means they’re dyed after being sewn. This process—along with natural cotton shrinkage—can cause slight size differences. You might see up to ±1 inch of variation in width. That’s normal and won’t affect the quality or fit.
Neck size notice
Some customers have mentioned that the neckline feels snug on the Comfort Colors 1717 tees. Because of dyeing and shrinkage, this can vary slightly by batch. If you prefer a roomier neckline, consider sizing up for comfort.
Premium hoodies
We’ve noticed that the AS Colour 5161 premium hoodie seems to run about ½ to 1 size small. So, we recommend sizing up when you order.
Shipping times
Just a heads-up: both my supplier and shipper have been running a little slow lately. Some orders have taken up to 2 weeks to arrive. Since I stock out of an external warehouse, I can’t control shipping times unfortunately. But if your item is really late and you ask nicely at info@lofianimalshirts.com, I might give you a discount on your next order. Thanks in advance for your patience.
