Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner.

### Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Because each item is made to order, processing times are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods.

### Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are as follows:

- **United States:** typically 3–4 business days after fulfillment for standard shipping
- **International orders:** typically 5–20 business days after fulfillment
- **Express shipping:** available on some orders and destinations, typically 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

### Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

### Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Some products ship separately to protect them in transit, and some may be fulfilled from different locations.

### Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, the shipment was unclaimed, refused, or not collected from customs or a pickup point, reshipping costs may apply.

### Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays due to weather, high shipping volume, customs processing, or other issues outside our control.
