🛒 Ordering & Payment
Q: How does this whole thing work?
A: You pick a strangely charming shirt → we print it on demand → ship it to you. No warehouses full of unsold tees. Just shirts that exist because you wanted them to.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
A: If you catch us in the first hour or two, probably yes — email us at info@lofianimalshirts.com ASAP with your order number. Once production starts (usually within 24 hours), it's locked in. Print-on-demand is fast that way.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Whatever's easiest at checkout.
Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Shopify handles checkout with SSL encryption. We never see, store, or touch your card info.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long until my shirt arrives?
A: 5–8 business days for most US orders (2–4 days production + 3–4 days shipping). Canada, UK, and Ireland take a bit longer — typically 8–14 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. If you're somewhere else and you really want a shirt, email us — we'll see what we can do.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful at their facility closest to you. US orders typically ship from California, North Carolina, or Texas. Canadian, UK, and Irish orders ship from regional facilities to keep delivery times reasonable.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes — you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Q: My package says delivered but I don't have it. Help.
A: First, check around your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors. If 48 hours pass and still nothing, email us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
👕 Sizing, Fabric & Care
Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Most of our tees are Bella + Canvas 3001 — a classic unisex fit. They run true to size, but lean slightly fitted compared to a Hanes Beefy-T. If you're between sizes, size up.
Q: Do you have a size chart?
A: We do — full measurements for every style live on our Size Guide.
Q: What are the shirts made of?
A: Our Classic Tees are 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz/yd². Soft, breathable, drapes nicely, doesn't pill. Heather colors contain some polyester.
Q: How do I wash them so the print doesn't crack?
A: Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low (or hang dry — even better). Skip the bleach and the iron-on-the-print. Treat them well and they'll last for years.

Q: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns and exchanges for:

Damaged or defective items — we'll replace or refund, no questions asked

Wrong size — we'll send you a replacement in the right size, on us, one time per order
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@lofianimalshirts.com with your order number and a photo (if it's damaged). Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for "changed my mind" — please double-check your size on the Size Guide before ordering.
Q: My shirt arrived damaged. What now?
A: Email us at info@lofianimalshirts.com within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll get a replacement out right away.
Q: What if I just don't like it?
A: We get it. While we can't take it back (print-on-demand makes it tricky), shoot us an email — we want you to actually wear the shirt, and we'll do what we can.
❤️ The Cancer Society Donation
Q: Is the 5% donation real?
A: 100% yes. We donate 5% of every order's purchase price to the American Cancer Society. We track it and donate quarterly.
Q: Why the American Cancer Society?
A: Cancer has touched our family, like it has so many. The ACS funds research, supports patients, and pushes for better treatment. Doing something small that adds up over time feels right.
Q: Can I see proof of the donations?
A: We're working on adding a "Donations to date" counter to the site. Until then, email us and we'll share receipts.
🎨 Custom Designs & Wholesale
Q: Can you make a shirt for a specific animal you don't have yet?
A: Maybe! Email us at info@lofianimalshirts.com with what you have in mind. If we love it, we'll add it to the lineup.
Q: Do you do wholesale or bulk orders for events/companies?
A: We can. Email info@lofianimalshirts.com with quantity, sizes, and timeline and we'll see what's possible.
